Kit believes that these basics should be taught in schools before young adults are left to set sail into the BIG world where they will earn their first income.

Kit relates the coaching or advice part of the financial planning process as ‘the awakening’ of one’s financial health needs, irrespective of where a person is in their life. The implementation of the advice, Kit refers to as the ‘operation’ or implementation of ‘The Plan’.
